Vidac Solutions is excited to announce an important new chapter in the company’s 26-year history. Aaron Early has joined the executive leadership team as President and majority owner, partnering with founder Mike Griese to guide the company’s continued growth and long-term success.
Mike Griese will remain actively involved in the business, continuing to provide the technical expertise and industry knowledge that have helped shape Vidac Solutions into a trusted provider of custom testing, data acquisition, and control systems. Together, Aaron and Mike are committed to ensuring a smooth transition while continuing to deliver the high level of service and engineering support customers have come to expect.
As part of this next phase, Vidac Solutions is also expanding its operational footprint through the addition of office and production space at its headquarters in Fenton, Missouri. The expansion will support increased fabrication, assembly, and project capacity as the company continues serving customers around the world.
Prior to joining Vidac Solutions, Aaron served as COO and CFO for a telecommunications wholesale distribution company, overseeing operations including systems integration, remanufacturing, finance, IT, and warehouse logistics. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Finance, and certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Aaron brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic planning experience.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Aaron is passionate about process improvement, team development, and building systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence. His focus on continuous improvement and customer success aligns closely with Vidac Solutions’ commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance engineered solutions.
