System Description

Vidac Solutions designs and builds custom flow bench systems for precise evaluation of gas valves, regulators, and related components across a full range of operating conditions.

Developed in close collaboration with customers and industry partners, these systems are engineered to meet specific application requirements. The flow bench enables accurate measurement of pressure and flow while capturing high-speed data to analyze valve opening and closing performance.

Designed for both flexibility and ease of use, the system supports fully automated testing through a PC-based interface, as well as manual operation independent of computer control.

A proprietary multi-stage flow control valve provides up to 1000:1 turndown capability, allowing a single outlet valve to simulate a wide range of real-world conditions, including orifices, burners, and gas jets.
