System Description
This system is designed as a modern replacement for legacy lighting test equipment, providing fully automated functional and safety testing for arc and LED lighting products.
The tester performs Hipot testing, verifies proper operation at specified voltage levels, and detects short circuit conditions as well as high-voltage ignitor pulse signals up to 5 kV. The system supports fast calibration to ensure traceable, repeatable results and includes integrated data storage for product tracking and quality control.
Designed for production environments, the system operates in a fully automated sequence, allowing the operator to prepare the next fixture while testing is in progress—improving efficiency and throughput.
